Born and raised on Vancouver Island, I took a brief vacation to Alberta for 9 years, and returned in 2015 to raise my family and pursue my career in Real Estate.  My previous career in logistics management for Suncor Energy, coupled with my work experience at NAI Commercial Central Vancouver Island primed me for setting up my business as a REALTOR®. I have successfully completed my Property Management Licensing (2013) and my Trading Services Licensing (2017) and pride myself on continuing to seek out education opportunities within the field.

I find my drive comes from my personal experience of buying and selling homes, along with owning rental properties & buying/renovating foreclosures. What sets me apart from other REALTORS®? My client focus and attention to detail. I utilize my personal experience to build my  business model into one that ensures my clients are informed throughout the buying and selling process, mitigating any unnecessary stress.

When I am not working, I can usually be found playing piano, working in the garden, or renovating houses. I currently reside in Lantzville with my husband and children and an assortment of animals! I am a board member of the Seaside Community Society, which provides community events to the District of Lantzville and the Chairperson of Prom Closet Vancouver Island, a not for profit organization that works to ensure that all students have the opportunity to attend their prom or graduation ceremonies. I should also mention that I don't enjoy spending time in the kitchen, so I just eat whatever new dishes Olivia and Danielle create!

Born and raised in the Lower Mainland, I moved to Kelowna after high school to attend UBC Okanagan and then in 2015, My husband and I moved to Prince George to gain work experience, enter the housing market, and continue our education. With the goal of moving back to be closer to family and friends, we made the move to Nanaimo in 2019. After having lived in many different areas of the province, I couldn't be happier to now call Vancouver Island home. 

 Prior to joining 460 Realty, I worked as local outreach worker. With formal training in communication and conflict resolution, I have been able to transfer these and other skills over to my career in real estate. As a true people person, I genuinely care for my clients. I feel an honest, caring & compassionate approach can pair perfectly with strong negotiation skills.

 When we have a day off, my family and I enjoy exploring all that the Island has to offer. We love seeking out different hiking trails and beaches with our daughter and our Bernedoodle Lilac, and checking out local businesses and restaurants within the community. During my free time, I like to hike and trail run, spend time in the garden, and cook up new dishes in the kitchen!

I have called Nanaimo home for almost 30 years but prior to that my family lived in many cities across British Columbia. Experiencing different parts of the province reinforced my desire to remain an Island girl and raise my family here. I bring extensive knowledge of the central Vancouver Island region and pair that with a compassionate nature, and a positive energy. This combination provides a positive experience to all my clients, whether they are buying or selling.

My passion is customer service. Starting in the Real Estate industry in 2010, I worked as an unlicensed assistant with a thriving Qualicum Beach Real Estate team. It was here that I found my calling. I  became licensed in 2016, and started as a real estate agent with 460 Realty. I love assisting people with their unique Real Estate needs and appreciating the relationships that are formed with everyone I work with.

I value professional integrity, loyalty and a strong work ethic. I will never say no to a new challenge, and part of the draw to real estate was the opportunity to continually learn and develop my skillset and knowledge. I think that compassion and a sense of humour are two integral parts of creating a positive experience for my clients.  When not in the office or working with clients, I am spending time with my husband and two sons, exploring parts of this beautiful Island or you will find me in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes!
